Directions:

  1. Pour ACV in to cup
  2. Add water
  3. Add honey
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Stir well

Lemon Ginger Tea

1 and 1/4 cups of water

Small Sized Ginger Root

1/2 Lemon

1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions:

  1. Peel then slice the ginger root
  2. Pour the water into a pot and add the ginger root
  3. Bring the water to a boil
  4. Once boiling reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup
  6. Add the honey and lemon

Drink this tea in the morning and at night. You may also drink this throughout the day as you feel necessary.

Ginger is known as a strong cold remedy and combined with honey and lemon juice it will really work to help your body get rid of that cold. The hot tea will be very soothing.

Tea Tree Oil Chest Congestion Reliever

Tea Tree Oil

2 cups Water

Pot

Directions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
  2. Remove pot from stove and transfer to a heat-resistant surface away from the hot stove
  3. Add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil
  4. Inhale steam.
  5. Continue to add 1-2 drops at a time and continue to inhale steam for 20 minutes.

The steam will relieve congestion and stuffy nose while the tea tree oil will further aid in clearing congestion.
